Soaring Crane QiGong

QiGong is a traditional Chinese system of exercise for improving physical health and spiritual growth. The basic concepts of qigong include gathering qi (vital life energy) to recharge ourselves at the cellular level, dispersing stuck energy and balancing our Yin and Yang energy to harmonize body and mind and prevent injury and disease. In addition to this, many forms of qigong help to open up higher spiritual energy centers and facilitate higher levels of spiritual awakening. Poor diet, stress, worry and the rush of modern life all deplete our qi. Daily practice of qigong can help to counter these negative effects by recharging the body with qi, activating our innate healing potential and strengthening our ability to resist illness and disease.

Developed by grandmaster Zhao Jin-Xiang in the early 1970’s Soaring Crane Qigong is one of the most well-known forms in China and it is widely considered to be one of the most powerful forms of Qigong for self-healing. Soaring Crane Qigong is easy to learn and is suitable for almost everyone, from those suffering from serious or chronic illness needing deep and immediate healing, to professional athletes looking to improve athletic performance and everyone in between.
