Nicholas Woolworth was born in Seattle in July of 1983. At an early age he developed an interest in visual art, relating his childhood experiences on paper with color and detailed figures. Having visited Orcas Island annually with his family growing up, he had come to realize this island as a second home.
Inspired by the organic symmetry of the natural world, surrealism and cross-cultural shamanic traditions, Nicholas explores his relationship with Creativity through an array of mediums and styles. Through art, he aims to share a fresh insight on the essence of humanity.
Nicholas Woolworth lives and creates at his home in a historic farmhouse North of Eastsound, where he wakes with the sun and the raven’s call and celebrates the moon by playing his accordion on the rooftop.
